I can't really understand why she loves chaos and evil so much, but... maybe there's a beauty in it the rest of us can't recognize. If not, I can at least understand, believing something so strongly even when no one else agrees. |

One of the two Pokémon trainers who stood beside me during the trials. He seemed to have a much kinder attitude towards landlubbers than the pirates from the stories. I'm still shocked that he's a vegetarian, but I guess it's different when your world's monsters are friendly towards humans. No one who loved his shark that much could be a bad man. |

A knight from Hydaelyn -- one in spirit, and not merely in title. Despite our differences, I felt at ease when I spoke to him, as if I was truly being myself. Then again, his title was "idealistic", so perhaps it was a meeting of kindred spirits. Based on what he told me about his world and his dreams, I felt he was the same sort of hero that they told legends about in my world -- and I would stake my own honor to defend that. |

Our resident cook, and the second Pokémon trainer who stood beside me during trials. Though his funny turns of phrase never failed to trip me up, he had such a deep enthusiasm for so many things that I couldn't help but appreciate him for more than just his food. He had a masterful stroke of genius in the final trial. |

I despise him, with all the darkest and most deeply buried pieces of my heart. I really did trust and respect him once, though, for his ingenuity and charm if not his exact views. Which is why it stung so badly when he betrayed us, in such a loathesome way... but I believe there is good in him, somewhere, forgotten by time. And I will pray for that to bear fruit. |

Her terrible history gave her a will like tempered steel, direct and to the point like an arrow. But she did start to soften, near the end. And once again, fate dealt her a cruel hand, by using that new weakness against her. But I hope, at least, it allowed her to be happy... |

Brilliant, in an unexpectedly wild way at times. I admire how he rose to the occasion and pushed forward during trials. In the end, I trusted him a lot -- I felt we could take on any culprit together, as a team. And even if he was tempted by darkness, I think it says more about him that he did not take that temptation. |
